We order wing’s and pizza frequently and generally love “the palace”. However, the past several times we have ordered it has been far from worth it. We decided to try palace again and ordered tonight, the pizza was undercooked and all the toppings had slid off the pizza and unless you want to eat the toppings of the cardboard box, it was not edible. Additionally, I paid for extra sides of wing sauce (x 2 and extra ranch x 2) and both where missing. Further, I ordered 10 med wings and 10 special BBQ -but received all medium, again, no extra sauce, which I paid for. Not sure if they replaced the raspberry vinaigrette, but I got what looks like balsamic vinaigrette instead. When you pay $80 for dinner, I’d prefer if at least one thing is worth it!

The food was delicious, as always. I only put a 4 instead of 5 for service because our primary waitress seemed annoyed that we were there so late ( we walked in 20 minutes before close) even though the cooks approved it. The other waitress was nicer to us than our own. We ended up leaving immediately after the large group next to us anyway so we didn’t really keep our booth tied up long. The wings were much smaller than they usually are when we eat here. Best pizza in town anyway, including the gluten free one I had.

Delivery guy Shawn was very patient and nice. Restaurant did not ask us on phone how we wanted to pay and delivery guy had no machine. We had no u.s. cash. No utensils sent to our hotel, as we asked. Did not get the ranch dip/dressing that they offered. The honey garlic wings were only full garlic wings .

Waited forever to be waited on. Waitress was unapologetic and just made excuse that no one told her. Completely unfriendly and rude. Said nothing about that it was someone’s birthday since large cake on table. Pizza was woefully undercooked and watery. Soda was flat. Dishes weren’t cleared. After food was delivered never saw waitress again. My mom paid bill and I would have given her a very minimal tip certainly didn’t deserve $20 for the 2-3 minutes at most she spent at our table. Wings also were just swimming in watery sauce. Didn’t say one word when she brought our bill just walked away. Waitress should be ashamed of herself. No work ethic whatsoever and rude. I haven’t been to Pizza Palace in years and it always like this. I only went because I was joining family for a birthday dinner. I won’t go again. Bazzano’s, Guiseppes and Hobies all have good wings and pizza if you are looking for pizza in Plattsburgh. Not pizza palace

We ordered two calzones with two toppings for each, were billed for two toppings, but only received one topping for each.
