Had date night here and loved the experience. We were able to just have us at a table and our cook was very nice to just the two of us. Our waitress was a sweetheart as well. The food was very good and cooked perfectly to the requests.

After 15 years of being a returning customer, who’s had many party’s, brought many people to the restaurant and continued to support a local business. After tonight I will never step foot into this establishment again. The manager is a real piece of work, who wants to threaten people for questioning a wait time. After an hour and 20 mins of waiting the owner wanted to point his finger in my face and had the audacity to question why I’m asking my wait time. After walking out of the restaurant he wanted to come outside and proceed to scream across the parking lot, threaten us. Food is nasty, they can’t keep employees and the establishment is dirty!

Sakura was a great birthday dinner. I had a green dragon to drink, filet mignon and chicken for a main course, and steamed rice with vegetables on the side. The service was incredible, the food was cooked and seasoned perfectly, and the drink complimented the meal just right. If you’re looking for dinner with a show, this a great experience.

Very dirty location and poorly managed. The staff that sat us and waitress were friendly however looked like they feared their manager. Manager was very impatient and lacked personal skills and would not hear our concerns and ruined an evening out. He said he had rules for seating which made no sense how he explained it and was very disrespectful to my wife. He should be reprimanded and take some professional development classes. Very displeased and left to go a cleaner location.

This location is always on our list when it comes to date night. The staff is always kind, and the hibachi chefs consistently do their jobs with mirth and a smile.

We order carry out here about 5 times a month and it’s always great 🙂 fried rice is so good! I usually get the filet and shrimp. Very filling and we always have leftovers!

Service is fabulous. It is always fun to have dinner and a show. We have been couple times and will continue to go. Food is good, solid flavor. Ony 4 stars because they could have a bit more flavor. Ichiban in MO offers a few more flavors and seasons their food more, which makes it over the top great. Sakuras food is great though!

We were a little late getting our food, otherwise I would’ve given a 5 star. The food and service are awesome!

We were seated in the room, separate from the main area. It’s hot in there. The meal was good, except we (about 7 of like 12 in our group) were asked the preferred cook temp for the filet with 5 saying medium-rare, and 2 saying medium. None had even a sign of red, so medium-well for 5, and well-done for two. Disappointed. This is the third time over probably 5 years going here and it’s always been a 3-star each time. The Japanese steak house in The Avenue in White Marsh is consistently better. The wait staff was great, friendly, and the chef was funny and fun, but it was simply so overcooked.
