07032923… Extremely DISAPPOINTED!! Posted business hrs 10A…arrived 10:30-10:45A. Went to drive through…cked my bank balance… with no MAY I help you, I said HELLO about 3 times. Went to window, saw people walking past window with out acknowledging me. Went to front door where doors were locked. Two people were inside. I knocked on the door. The male at the front counter never looked up and a female was breading chicken.

I was in the drive-through, and they didn’t have change for a $20. They wanted me to wait for their manager to arrive to get change, so I told her to give me the 20 back, and I decided to use the change in my purse. It was mainly silver, but I had to give her pennies. She was not happy and gave me a look of disgust. I also heard her making negative remarks to whoever was in back. Since when have pennies become so disgusting. She expected me to wait on a manager who wasn’t on site than to pay with pennies. This attitude comes from a young lady working fast food. Also, the chicken was mostly batter and had a burnt under tone. I have been coming to this establishment since the 80s, and this was the worst chicken I have ever received from them. Get it together!!!! because you all are one of the only businesses in Tuskegee that has stood the test of time, and Popeye’s will take you out.

Horrible and very rude service, wouldn’t of give them not one star, because that’s the set up you can’t post your review, without hitting a star sad!! They have you waiting 30 minutes, for some baby chic wings, they lucky , it wasn’t for me because they would of refunded me my money!! They really need to be closed down, they always out of stuff and I’m sick of the rude attitudes and your paying your money!!! Then got it fixed on the receipt where you can’t call or complain, to the corporate office no number, I don’t know when the last time that building been done it’s falling apart it was doing that when I work there when it was My Mama’s!!

The SLOWEST service I have ever experienced in my life. I kid you not, they always wait till after you pay to tell you you’ll be waiting 30 plus minutes or they ran out of what you ordered. The food is good IF I ever get my entire order, which is never. I’ve literally not had 1 single good visit at this location and haven’t been back since.

Someone needs to come here and save this place they literally close at different times everyday between 3-6pm when they are really suppose to close at 9 but I understand due to lack of workers .. today they closed around 3:30pm.. I feel like y’all need a specific time on the windows when you guys are closing so people won’t be wasting there time coming here playing the guessing game what time you guys may close lol .. it’s horrible y’all might as well get a wrecking ball and knock this place down .. but I’ll be back tomorrow to get some fried okra hopefully y’all be open
