I have been ordering Jimmy John sandwiches from the Maple Grove Minnesota location. I have so many wonderful things that I could share with this location and how much I love their tiny little size sandwiches. They sometimes call me if they are out of sweet tea, or calling to say that their store was closed for the rest of the day. They are always polite to me. The drivers are awesome and delivery is never late. They ring the bell and always wearing a smile while telling me to enjoy my dinner. I feel like they are part of my family. Keep up the good work!!!!

I write because I have an operations suggestion based on my experience last night. First, this is a great Jimmy John’s. Friendly and helpful staff, very fresh food and speedy delivery. However, last evening my order took 45 minutes to arrive. No big deal. Before it arrived I called the store and was told my order was delayed due to high volume. That happens. The food was still great, the young woman was apologetic and I will continue doing business with and recommending them. A call from them to the phone number the online system required letting me know my order was delayed and not lost would have been appreciated.

Always has been a very nice location with tasty food. I just came in with a $10 and my meal was $10.19, and the cashier took off the nineteen cents free of charge! Very nice staff and great food!

This location used to be a go-to lunch option for me, but hey haven’t had turkey or chicken on their menu for a couple months now—the app cites “supply chain disruptions”—but other Jimmy John’s locations in Brooklyn Park and Subway in Maple Grove seem to have plenty of poultry.
