I’ve been here in the past and the food was good, but my last visit was pretty bad. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is the girl taking my order was very nice. The chicken on the chicken sandwich was dry and you could tell the oil needed to be changed. Matter of fact all the items I got were pretty dark and oily due to the oil.

If i could give a negative, i would my husband who ordered 2 for 7 Americana rostbeef No lettuce No tomato 1 of them had onions (it dont come with onions in the first place) he is allergic to them and the other 1 had lettuce and tomato when i asked for the mangers name and number i was asked why by the manger she said she was the mangers on duty my husband came up and asked who made them she said she did and she the one who put it all on there and was thinking it was ok and we had to weighted over 20mins for are food so everything was cold

We stopped in for lunch here and had some of the best fast food sandwiches we’ve ever had and want to give a special shout out to Joe in the drive-thru window as he was so polite and got us exactly what we ordered. My daughter highly recommends the Americana roast beef sandwich.

I used the Upside App for Arby’s and their claiming they didn’t receive proof of my purchase. Number one, I ordered from their app, and number two, I’ve provided proof of purchase, receipts , etc ..I never had a problem with any other Arby,s except this one while using Upside to gain cash back for my order.

Me and my fiance are homeless and I asked them if they could help us they told me, That they couldn’t help us because it’s against their policy. When they don’t even do anything for as homeless people. The Is manager told the employee to never serve us.
