If you’re ever in the mood to be made to feel like less than human this is the location for you. They will let you sit at the window all day and pretend you’re not there. 20 minutes to get someone to pour a carbonated can into a cup and add flavoring.

The staff is friendly but unfortunately, they ALWAYS mess up my order. I consistently get a Blue Rush of some sort and at first, they were fine. I pass them regularly for work, so I make pitstops halfway thru my day.

Not only do I think they have the best coffee around, but the staff at this aroma Joe’s is so kind and helpful. Today I made a mistake ordering my coffees, they were completely understanding of my mistake and they made me new coffees and offered me the other ones free of charge. Hands-down five star customer service these ladies are lovely!

Rude to me literally as soon as she opened the window to take my order, and repeated my order back to me in the most condescending way like what I was ordering was just wrong. I don’t even know what I did to receive attitude but the aromas on Broadway is way better and the people over there give much friendlier customer service and better products. Don’t waste your time being talked down to at this place.
