Always has been delicious and fresh. I do miss the salad and cookie display case. Where did that go and why? Anyhow when I’m home ill usually pick a couple family sized up a week which are very filling and large. Thought about a salad but didn’t see one there. Believe they are in the back now for some reason.

I am annoyed that I ordered online for curbside, called in when I got there, waited 30 minutes in my car (15 minutes past the time I was told it would be ready) and I finally went in to see what was taking so long. My order was ready and lady said “Mam, you need to call when you arrive for curbside!” I informed her I had, 30 minutes ago. No apology, no compensation….ugh!

This place has the hardest working most diligent crew of workers around! They are always busy but the wait is never long they are clean polite and in this day and she that says a LOT! They are on their game, so A+ 5 stars two thumbs and a big toe! My weekly vote goes to Papa Murphy’s in Burlington!

Terrible service and even worse pizza. Ordered online and they managed to completely get the orders wrong. Ordered 3 pizzas and they were all wrong. I had them remake two and they were still wrong! They hid the mistakes by making them “stuffed”. Completely inedible and not cheap. Purchase elsewhere.

I went to the Burlington Washington store On a Saturday, wasn’t amused, there was a 20 minute wait . Due to scheduling the poor woman (Michelle) is working in there on the phone, registers, and making all the pizzas by herself.

I am loving that I can order a pizza and pay online then pickup without dealing with the other 3 people who stood in line tonight to get their orders. Thanks Papa Murphy’s for making it so easy to get a nice hot pie for dinner and not having to eat chicken again. Great service and kindness being shown at the Burlington location I appreciate you all. With regards to this Covid-19 I’m a bit worried about eating anywhere else but not concerned that I could get I’ll with ordering pizza cause you know its cooked at 425 DEGREES.
