Rigatoni was excellent. My fave was the Caesar salad. The coconut milk blood orange mocktail at $10 was fantastic. The staff was really attentive.

If you like Italian & want to get off the strip, you gotta try Osteria Fiorella, it’s located in Summerlin at the Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa. Went here a few weeks ago with some of my beautiful foodie G’s! We had a wide variety of good eats & another plus is we happened to be dining during happy hour which cut some costs that we didn’t expect (lol, it’s all about the extending the funds, cause we like to eat). We ordered some tasty cocktails, Crudo appetizer, 2 Wood-Fire Oven Pizzas (Classic Margherita & prosciutto), Bucatini Pomodoro w/ san marzano tomatoes, Ribeye w/ royal trumpet mushrooms & porcini jus, Market Greens w/ shaved squash & hazelnut vinaigrette, Escarole Caesar topped w/ durum croutons & grated parmigiano. For dessert we had classic tiramisu, assorted gelato. Everything was all good but my favorites were the Ricotta Gnocchi that was swimming in that tasty brown butter topped crispy leeks & Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Maple Glaze and one of the best desserts I’ve ever had, the Caramel Bonét, which was a cream-custard with bananas. It was the perfect finale after a delicious meal! I’d definitely go back again!

We loved our dinner at Osteria Fiorella! We had a party of 15 people and the accommodations and service were lovely! We generously ordered almost everything on the menu…at least that’s how it felt, and there wasn’t a single disappointment. From the cocktails to appetizers to salads and entrees, everyone (ages 13-77!) loved everything! This is a group of discerning foodies who are not only Italian, and love eating and cooking Italian cuisine, but who have also traveled to Italy on multiple occasions…so the review is authentic and thoughtful.

We sat on the lovely patio. Great atmosphere ! You would’ve never known it was 104 degrees out, because they keep it really cool out there. The food was very tasty. Service started off really well. Our server was very attentive at first. He did check on us once our food arrived, and after that, we were completely ignored. He tended to two tables near us, but we sat there with empty plates in front of us for at least 20 minutes (no exaggeration). Eventually someone else collected our plates and gave us dessert menus. However after that, we decided we’d have dessert elsewhere.
