It’s Chipotle, I mean… its good buy this one’s probably one of the better in the area. They definitely load the entrees well. Our order was to the point one guy had to keep helping roll burittos because others kept tearing.

I have been in Rowlett for over 13 years. The service is not the same with these fast food restaurant. Most are ran by young kids that lack the experience to create an energized atmosphere filled with greeting customers and making their service the best. I hope we get back to a more enthusiastic demeanor for customers.

I appreciate that Chipotle offers gluten free options however my daughter should NEVER be made to feel like her requests are a bother. A request to please change your gloves or wash your hands is a simple request that can help keep her from unbearable pain. Please work on training your staff that all customers are important and actions (including eye rolls) are noticed. To make her feel like her requests are unimportant is unacceptable. Gluten allergies are very real and if employees don’t understand the impacts of contamination they need to be trained.

I go to this location often, and I like how the line moves versus other locations. My food is always fresh. Kayla and Angela assisted me and my child this time. Kayla made our food great and was very nice. Angela cashed us out, and she too was nice. Very sweet young ladies with great work attitudes. It’s refreshing to get such great customer service with a smile these days. And they should be recognized for it.

The service here is horrendous. The young girl and young man making the food attitude is piss poor. Basically, neither one of them want to be there, and you can definitely tell. They don’t smile. They just look mad and irritated. I feel so uncomfortable just asking for simple things like having my guacamole on the side. The young girl was throwing the cups around, and they kept falling into the food. Ma’am if you don’t like your job, go home. Find another job, but don’t show up miserable taking it out on everyone who walks through the door. It’s time for management to start rehireing.

The two girls that helped me this morning were phenomenal. They were kind and friendly. I asked to sample the chicken Al pastor and they were so polite in letting me try it before I chose to put it on my bowl. Stellar service today!

I placed my order for 12:50pm today at this location, I went to pick up my order and it’s not on the shelf as usual. So, the lady at the counter who makes the pickup/to-go orders asks me if I’m picking up. I say yes and she proceeds to say “who for?”, I say “Brittney”. She says “Brittney just picked up the order, she just left.”, which then I say “If Brittney picked up the order, it wasn’t me because I’m just getting here.” Which then she asks to see my confirmation, which I had no problem with showing. It was the fact that she failed to ask the person who came in there posing as me for their confirmation, therefore when I get there my food is nowhere to be found. She wasn’t rude but a bit hostile and shook her head saying something along the lines of “that’s the second order today that someone has done that.” Truthfully, when your online portal gives an estimated time to pick up your order I expect it to be done by that time. I waited over 20 minutes just to get there and it be gone, I do appreciate her stopping to make my order but the food was not the freshest. I am a bit disappointed because I don’t always eat chipotle because my bf does not like it but when I get the chance, I always look forward to it. The point here is, they need to get a better system then a shelf where people can come in and take orders without showing confirmation. Thanks for reading!

I love chipotle, but not this location. They give the food by looking at your size. They never fill up my bowl comparing with other people in front of me. When I asked for more meat they asked : “ so you want double meat?” Why do I get to charged double for the same amount of meat with others.

Come to get food, my son wanted carnitas tacos they put the meat on there, and it was so dry it looked like it sat out for days. I said, “Never mind those are super dry. The guy asked the lady if he should put water in the meat! I told him Just give me chicken. Well, here we go with the chicken it was the end of the chicken, and it also looked super dry. At this point, I was over it. I got his tacos and paid for them, knowing they were not going to be good. Sure enough, he didn’t even eat them.
