I went this morning at 7:00 am to have a pick of fresh bagels. When I walked in I was surprised that they barely had just a few bagels. I was told that if I wanted a certain type of bagel, I needed to call the day before to place an order. Furthermore, they would be delivered by approximately 10:00 am next day. All I wanted was 6 onion bagels. Unfortunately, I found out that they bring them in from Rio Rancho (I believe they said). I purchased their 6 Everything bagels that were from the prior day. That left them with a handful of bagels in the store. I was a bit disappointed, for I assumed they made them daily in-house. Oh well…now we all know.

Definitely one of the best breakfast spots on this side of town, forget the Plaza Cafe an try this place instead. Love the Moons Over My Hammy and they have amazing bagels.

I had a wonderful breakfast with my balloon crew. Only bummer is that the main AC is not working but they have brought in a big evaporative cooler that blows wonderfully cool air if you are close enough. Go try it out!

Pretty good spot for sandwiches and breakfast. Lots of parking. Seating both inside and out. Had breakfast, pretty basic. Bacon was very wimpy. Pancakes are good, but could be a bit lighter. Will go back to try out corned beef and pastrami. As a native New Yorker, I would call this place “In the style of a NYC deli” but not quite what I expected. Worth a try if in the area.

This place was busy but didn’t have to wait long. I was able to pull my scooter right up to my table and sit down. Food was delicious, staff was really friendly and accommodating. It was a nice walk/ride from our hotel to eat here. Definitely recommend!

Great service and good coffee and a really pleasant atmosphere. I love the interior design – the warm colors, the interesting artwork – which is probably why I keep going back despite the blandest, barely cooked omelettes they serve at breakfast/brunch. Seriously, it has to take special care to deliver this level of awfulness in a dish. The eggs have no flavor (be prepared to dump half your salt and pepper shakes on them), and the veggies inside the omelettes are raw and again with zero flavor. The first time I had one, I thought the cook was having a bad day. The second time I realized he doesn’t know how to cook. The third time I had a bagel. Hard to mess that up.

Living up to the name sake. Yesterday they burnt the eggs and left off the chilies, and the deli prep girl had just the most awful attitude. So far so good. Today I watched a roach crawl up the menu board, across the deli glass and disappear down into the prep station. All that’s needed to complete the set is a rat and a mugging. Needless to say I didn’t eat my bagel.
