I was there for my twin daughters birthday party this Friday. The games were good for kids, the play cards and prizes were great for the time. The atmosphere it was incredibly hot and kinda cramped in there. Chucky himself wasn’t very enthusiastic. I expected a little more happiness. OUR server was sub-par while she served it was like she had an attitude the entire time. My daughter walked up to her OWN cake as small children do and proceeded to get some icing which is NORMAL for children her age on top it was HER cake honestly who cares if anyone else wanted some she is free to do as she pleases with her own birthday cake. ME as her mother know the proper techniques not only to not serve the pieces that she touched but she is there to have a wonderful time. Well, this particular waitress decided to stop in the middle of her service and exclaim, “WOW.” It almost upset me, but I let it go. Management should probably school her on proper etiquette, especially since she works around children! It was unnecessary, in my opinion. Other than that, my kids had a wonderful time, and that’s what matters the most! The next day, they asked if we could go back, lol. The pizza, ice cream, and cake were all tasty. Overall, giving the circumstances, I am satisfied with this visit!

We went on a Thursday night for my son’s birthday. He had the time of his life with his little brother. Most the games were working. Services was professional and kind. Not overcrowded, either. Will definitely be bringing my boys back.

The game selection needs updating but a friendly staff and fun atmosphere. Good for kids 4-12. Great place for birthday parties too, fun interactive dance floor. Big screens with all the beloved classic characters.

This was a must go to place for children at one time. The animation animal show and stage was what kids remembered the most. We took two of our grandchildren last week and the new video version of children dancing and singing was not something to be remembered. The games not are one try and it’s over.

We went on a Thursday afternoon and there was a few other people there but we were able to play without any restrictions. We had 2 five year old children that had hours of fun. The staff was awesome. Very helpful with explaining how the points and minutes work with the cards. Ordered medium pizza was delicious and a gluten free option was delicious as well and the gluten free pizza was not cardboard. Had good flavor.

Overall great experience, the lack of animatronics (or an actual chuck E. At all) was kind of a let down to my son. With animatronics being extremely popular among younger kids right now it’s odd they have been removed. But everything else was great.
