Service was spot on. Group of 7 and we are lifelong fans. Food was best in Tampa and further has to offer. Wine list is mind blowing. Chef Bryce came out to check on our experience as did the GM Payton. She is solid and wish the industry has more of that level of care and concern. You will not be disappointed. It’s impossible.

Wow! It was just an incredible experience overall. It’s true Italian and just absolutely delish. The ambiance and service were fantastic as well. The table side mozzarella plate is a must. The cocktails were wonderful. We can’t wait to go back super soon!

I had higher expectations from Rocca for being a Michelin one star restaurant. In the US, most restaurants overcook their seafood but they cooked right. Unfortunately they season on the super saltier side. The ingredients were not well put together. For instance, their prawns were perfectly charred and cooked but so salty. And they used pine nuts on top. Pine nuts have an extremely delicate taste. I don’t even know why you would put pine nuts when it’s going to be dominated by salty garlic sauce on top. Putting fancy ingredients doesn’t automatically make good food. The ingredients need to come together.

So the food was good and the service really attempted to be attentive, but it really bordered on annoying. Each time the server came by, he would reposition the plant on the table. At the same time, every time they poured water into our glass, water splashed everywhere, and since there were no table cloths, the water just sat on the varnished wood tabletop. Eventually somebody would come by to help wipe things up… But it seemed like somebody was always moving some thing on the table, interrupting the flow of conversation and making us feel as if, we were causing some kind of imbalance in the force. The pasta was nice, the lemon pasta with blue crab was especially good and the dry aged duck was amazing. If it weren’t for the weird vibe, the service gave off this might be 4 1/2 stars… But it was just too persistent to overlook. Also, it seems that virtually every table ordered the $44 table side mozzarella, and tomatoes cart. I’m sure it was delicious, but having watched several indifferent low energy waitstaff, pour boiling water over cheese, stretch it, and assemble it on a plate with tomatoes… I really can’t imagine the experience of watching it happen really adds that much value.

Incredible dishes. Creative drinks. Luxury service. If I could give 10 stars I would! Our waitress Carla was phenomenal; she recommended us menu items based on our wine and was considerate of the slow pace of our meal since it was our first visit. Best date night we’ve ever had! I highly recommend the Culatello di Zibello if you like prosciutto – just elevated. The summer melon was delicate and an unusual yet perfect side. If you’re hungry, I’d go for the Beef Ragu and if you like saucy, the Raviolini with rosemary. With two drinks, two apps, two entrés and a dessert, our bill totalled $160 before tip. We will be back!!

Had a date night today and we were amazed by the food! Everything was delicious and fresh! Obviously we had to get a mozzarella cart 10/10 I always liked the tomatoes it comes with. Of course, don’t forget to get their focaccia bread! It’s so so good! I wish I could eat that everyday. The butter + their focaccia = what dreams are made out of. Never had a bread taste that good. Then we got a salad which was super delicious and I’d probably come back for it! The dressing is so yummy. Our main course was pasta filled with ricotta and my husband got New York steak and let me tell you it got so much flavor! Insane! The sauce it comes with was the perfect addition to the steak, so 10/10✨ As for dessert we got a burnt cheesecake and custard dessert. The custard one was the star of the show. It’s light and full of flavor. Can’t wait to come back!♥️

Delicious food! Highly recommend the duck entree and tuna carpaccio appetizer. Our server was courteous and knowledgeable and didn’t rush us, unlike most local restaurants. Love the place itself, especially all of the beautiful plants. Overall wonderful dining experience. Can’t wait to return!

Our first dinner at a Michelin restaurant did not disappoint. The staff was super helpful. We were comfortable asking any questions we had about each selection. Definitely get the table side mozzarella dish.

This was a unique experience. At first glance, we were not impressed by the menu. After being educated by the waiter, we were a little more excited. The food was amazing. Starting with the delicious, perfectly cooked white prawns and green beans friti, throwing back the Agnolotti(best dish), Tagliolini(good), and Torchio Nero(very chewy, least favorite). Finished off the evening with the cinnamon Gelato, which was tasty but not overly sweet, and the burnt cheesecake(texture was perfect, could use a little extra to take it from good to great). Service was excellent and very knowledgeable.

We had the most delightful meal. Johnathon was our waiter and he was top notch! I highly recommend the bread with the mozzarella. We each got a pasta dish and then shared the steak. Every ounce of food was enjoyable. Orgasm in my mouth. Applause to the chef! Great atmosphere too. Recommend over and over!
