This is one of my wife’s and my favorite Chinese restaurants in the Twin Cities. Some of our favorites here include the Chung King Chili Chicken, fried chicken wings, beef chow fun and wontons in chili oil. If you can’t handle spicy food, be sure to ask for mild. Asking for medium can still be quite intense and get you sweating.

We had family visiting from NYC. We were craving Asian food. This place had good reviews so we though we’d give this a try. My daughter order the pad Thai mild spice. There literally was no spice. It was a blob of noodles. She took one bite and threw it away. Same with the rest of our food. The only good thing were the donut holes.

Very good food, and nice staff. Have been here twice and it’s been consistently great. Make sure to ask for your receipt though. Pretty sure we were over charged last time we were in and we received 3 orders of doughnuts when we ordered 2. LOL was enough to last a week. Portions are good sized and large enough to split. Fun to get a couple and try some of each. Beef Pod Thai, and beef lo mein are my family’s favorites.

Tried Asian Bowl for the first time tonight. Everything we ordered was absolutely amazing! I’m now very curious what the rest of the menu is like. Portion sizes were HUGE. The value for the money spent is incredible, though you may want to bring some friends 🙂

Love coming here when I’m craving Chinese/Asian food! The food is warm when I pick it up and the portions are pretty great for the price! The donuts here are one of my favorites. You have to call to order, and whenever I do the staff are kind and quick 🙂

First time trying and did not disappoint! Service was quick and the food was surprisingly fresh and hot, since it took only 5 min to get it after ordering inside! Wontons were crispy and light (did not reek or taste of oil, just yum) and the portion on the shrimp lo mein and Mongolian beef created much value for the money! Lo mein noodles were cooked nicely, and the flavor from those plus a bit of their chili oil was a match made in heaven. And this coming from someone that’s not a heavy Chinese food eater! And there’s still quite a bit left over for lunch tomorrow, for BOTH of us! To say nothing of the Mongolian beef, which was eaten all in one go, cuz why not and really, how do you even stop when your taste buds are singing praises?

The food is great but for some reason the service has diminished to almost nothing the past few weeks. I’ve tried to call in orders many different days over lunch (multiple calls every day) and nobody ever answers the phone. I’ve even called from the parking lot (with no answer) then immediately walked into the restaurant and placed an order successfully. Not sure why they are advertising call-in orders if they never answer their phones!!

My Wife and I decided to try Asian Bowl and we really enjoyed it! The Mongolian Beef was flavorful, and even the mild had a nice hint of spice. The Hot and Spicy chicken was tasty and had a nice combination of vegetables in the dish. Egg rolls had just the right flavor and the Cream Cheese puffs were enjoyable as well. We will be back soon!
