The wife and mine’s favorite Mexican restaurant. Hands down, the best salsa we’ve had at any. For the portion size the price is fair (go during lunch for better prices). Yes, sometimes the service can be a bit slow, but 100% worth it to me.

We were looking for somewhere to grab a later dinner and saw Mi Rancho was open relatively late. Table chips were pretty standard, but the salsa had a nice kick and was a nice texture. A little thick… Had to give the little container some taps to get it out. The chile verde sounded good and I really liked it. It was a big portion of small chunks of pork, plus rice and refried beans. The small bits of pork were very tender/broke apart. You kind of had to scoop them rather than try to stab them with a fork. They were great with the tortillas and mixed in with the rice and beans. Very happy with my meal choice.

Food is very good here but it’s hit or miss with the owner/wait staff friendliness. Don’t expect smiles or any conversation from anyone. Know what you want, order clearly and don’t ask for any changes and you’ll get what you order. Has kind of a get in, eat, pay, get out vibe. As a follow-up to this review and a couple years later, we visited with a family of seven. Restaurant was not overly crowded. We waited 45 minutes to receive our meals and one of our dinners had totally been omitted. By the time that dinner arrived at our table, the other members of our party had almost finished. Very disappointing. No real apology from the staff. No offer to comp the missed meal. Have decided as a family to find another Mexican restaurant locally. Too many issues here unfortunately despite the fact the food is good. Doesn’t appear to be worth it any longer.

Free chips and salsa. I ordered a tall Coor’s light and fried beef chimichangas. Some of the beef was a little dry but overall dinner was great and the total was only $16. Great service, friendly staff. Hit the spot!

Busy but no wait to be seated! Took drink orders fast and returned quickly to take our food orders! The food was very good! The salsa that comes with the tortilla chips was excellent! The wait staff here works really well together. 3 different people stopped by our table to refill drinks! Overall a great experience!

Came here with my family, the servers was worried about their phones and not us. There were tooth picks in my sons chicken fajita nachos. They got our order wrong. I had to ask for refills. This place use to be amazing and we were so disappointed. We drove a ways to get here for a nice family dinner. I wont come here again! They overcharged us . When we told them about the tooth picks they didnt even care! What a disappointment
