This is a horrible example of Taco Bell. Maybe because it’s a small town with little competition they blatantly can be substandard? They made two of my five items extremely skimpy not the normal portions. I brought those two items back in for a remake. They tried to convince me those were the normal portions, yet the other taco I didn’t bring back was twice as full thus why I brought it in. After the complaints from whoever was in the back they supposedly remade them with “double portions”. My sons Crunchwrap was a supreme FAIL the only thing double was the tomatoes he picked off because it wasn’t supposed to have tomatoes… my son didn’t even eat but a few bites and threw it away because he didn’t wasn’t to eat a tortilla wrapped sour cream and lettuce with a taco flat in it. We order the same things every time we go to Taco Bell and this was our first time in this particular location, never again.

I’m a fan of this taco bell but only in the morning. The evening/night shift keeps messing up our orders. We’ve gone back to them with the mistakes before and they tell us. Sorry nothing we can do with no Manger on duty. They got the whole order wrong. Tonight again the entire order was wrong. I’m done with this taco bell for dinner. It’s sad the state this business is turning into.

Had to go back and get my missing items. When I arrived one of the staff was yelling the N word and telling another employee he can bring it. What’s up. There wasn’t anyone trying to calm the situation. I wondered where the manager was? Very unprofessional

I received cold food. I took it back and they remade it. I checked it and the new order was cold I mean cold to the touch. This is a serious issue. All food should be held at 140 degrees. The tortilla was cold to touch. Slightly refrigerated feeling. I opened it and the beans were cold. The beans were not hot enough to melt the cheese. This is a serious risk for a food borne illness. The fact that they served this to me twice in a row tells me all I need to know. Terrible food safety practices. Excellent place to come get food poisoning. If I could leave no stars for the food I would.

If the teens at the drive-through didn’t want to work while it wasn’t busy, they should find a different job. They couldn’t even get the order right, there’s a difference between bacon and sausage. Also hashbrowns aren’t chips. Shouldn’t be that dry and hallow. Morons. Lol

The restaurant has been dirty last several times I ate there. No customers inside and still food on every table. Workers yelling in the back and hanging out by doors and outside. Taco shells were stale. Not sure where managers are at? Could definitely be run better.
