Mediterranean Cafe is one of our favorite restaurants. We always get take out and are never disappointed. Their chicken shawarma either as a platter or saj sandwich is so flavorful with the pickles, perfectly seasoned chicken and that whipped garlic sauce. Their baba ganoush is amazing as is their baklava. Everyone is also very friendly whenever we pick up.

This restaurant needs to improve their service and actually serve what the customer orders to provide a better customer experience. People taking orders and bringing food appeared to be management or owners. When I asked questions about the menu, I got quick answers with little explanation and then received something different than ordered anyway. I didn’t feel very valued or welcomed as a customer.

The lamb shawarma I’ve had here is the closest I’ve come to when I think of the shawarma I used to have growing up in the Middle East. Very friendly owners and the food is always consistent. I’ve come here multiple times and have always left being a satisfied customer whether as a dine in or take out. A 10/10 on my personal scale for the best shawarma spot in the Lehigh valley.

Visited here many times whenever in this area. Food is delicious, great flavor and presented well. There is lots of room inside for dining and it’s clean. Owner/chef is friendly, there is a shorter woman who’s behind the counter who’s very bubbly and welcoming. The older taller woman seems like she doesn’t want to be there.

After a long day of traveling, I checked in my hotel and decided to get food with Uber eat rather than driving. I’ve requested utensils with the meal and even put that on the note. However, food came without it. I was already changed and in my pjs. I wasn’t able to go to the front desk and request utensils. I could not eat the shawarma and the rice. I also had a desert that that was very dry and not fresh at all. Overall, I was not impressed by the service and the quality of the food. I rarely give 1 star to restaurants, but this one was very disappointing.
