Ordered online, my sister picked up the food. They gave her the wrong order. I called the store and they blamed us for taking the wrong order. They somehow placed all the dipping sauces I ordered in the bag they gave us (which was someone else’s order), called my name with the order (which was someone else’s order), but it was still our fault. My sister even saw people coming in from the drive thru as she left because they were given the wrong order. I understand that mistakes happen but don’t blame your customers.

This place is extremely run down. Honestly it’s in desperate need of a remodel or they just need to close. I’m not impressed by the quality of the chicken or the biscuits. The chicken is dry and lacks flavor, and the biscuits we’ve gotten the last few times have been stale and hard. I’ve never been there and seen anyone else in line or in the parking lot which probably explains the problem of stale food.

We ordered a 12 piece meal. What we got was 8 pieces and 1 side ( we ordered the 2 it comes with). My mashed potato bowl was a bunch of mashed potatoes with 4 pieces of the chicken and no corn. My kids have been begging to go so against my better judgment I took them today. $75 to feed 5 people just isn’t worth it anymore

Went thr drive thru. $25 for 2 bowls & 2 PC of chick legs. Asked & paid for lrg drinks. Got md. Bowls where not even filled half way. Thought I would give the restaurant 1 more chance but WOW nothing has changed. Still horrible. Go somewhere else!
