The workers were very Rude and slow. Had 2 families leave that were waiting in line as they couldn’t get one very nice ladies order. I ended up with a messed up order as well. Its never usually like that at that store. And the prices now are astronomical

Went to Arby’s so I didn’t have to cook and it was by far the nastiest meal I’ve ever had! The chicken was old and tasted like rubber, the curly fries were so cold. I will not ever go back to the Arby’s in waterford again!

I love the food here at this establishment but the service was horrible 2day. I don’t know what the problem is but fix it. Staff needs to be more customer friendly. I won’t be going to that particular store for awhile. If & when I return, if I get that same type of treatment, I will not be going there again.

I can’t believe the person in charge let’s the frier grease get so bad. I order the fish deluxe sandwich, which was awesome. But the crinkle fries another story. The fries were dark brown, and tasted like fish. I put some on a napkin, the grease that came out of them. SMH. This won’t keep me from going to Arby’s, but I will check the fries before I leave.

So I have tried to not make this review because I know everyone is short staffed, but I just can’t do it anymore. Now to start I love this food. Arby’s is great, and I have ate it all over the country however this location is bad. I have never had worse service at any restaurant ever. Over the last year between Door Dash and picking up food myself and my wife picking up on her way home we have not had a correct order in the last year. Yes it is our fault for not checking or having it delivered. That is not the point. We shouldn’t have to check out order to ensure accurate service every time when we don’t have to do that with other chains. This is just not right, and it is usually my wife that doesn’t get a correct order. When she orders a single beer and cheddar and that is the one sandwich that is not there it is an issue. This has happened on more than one occasion. My advice is do better.
