I was here last week and the most wonderful young man helped me. I had a really nice interaction with him. I wish I remembered his name. I don’t think I asked unfortunately. I must say that in today’s world we often have to deal with so many difficult people. This gentleman probably deals with them more than most but he was kind, friendly, and we had a pleasant conversation. I only go to Dunkin for my kids, they love donuts, I used to go for the coffee but I was spending so much and NEVER getting drinkable coffee, the taste was almost always bad from the coffee not being fresh (I’m not only referring to this Dunkin, it seems to be many in CT)

I got a free drink from Dunkin for my birthday. Before the coupon expired, I went into this Dunkin to use it. While looking at the menu board something popped out at me, frozen hot chocolate. I’ve had it once before at a different coffee establishment and it was delicious. I was not disappointed. Even on a cold day, this went down easy and deliciously. As it melted, it mixed together and became more delicious. I ended up only finishing half, I put the rest in the fridge. The next day it was no longer frozen, but basically a liquid iced chocolate. Dunkin, keep this item on the menu!

The staff works hard and are trying their best but when it comes to the service, and preparing the product (the food) there’s a lot of room for improvement. I’ve given this location 5 tries and everytime there’s been an issue. This last time was just a bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese and a butternut toffee ice latte with oat milk and less ice large. I said the order three times while ordering because the person taking my order was repeating back to me small parts but not what I said. Once I got up to the window the price did not match the price for ordering off the app or the price of me ordering from another location. The drink I was given had the label of a large ice original latte less ice. The other locations printers show the proper label so when I asked about it I was expecting them to say it was the wrong drink but instead they assured me it was the right drink. When I took a sip the drink it tasted like water and milk (definitely not oatmilk) when I mentioned it to the staff the personal said it should taste like toffee and took it back and added the flavoring to the drink but still handed me back a drink that obviously still had the wrong milk so as it stood, I can’t drink this drink that costed me $5+. When looking at the bagel the bagel is barely warm let alone toasted and the most miniscule amount of cream cheese was on the bagel. (Something tbh I’ve never seen at a Dunkin other than this location). To top it off I asked for my recipet twice but I don’t think anyone heard me. I have a lot of anxiety so I decided to just say thank you, pay for my order and go but I can’t justify going to this location anymore. This isn’t the first time food has been made carelessly here or the first time that the incorrect milk was put in my drink. (Lactose intolerant, the drink is for me, i thought this might be an important reason to ad to the situation im explaining). Though the staff is nice and welcoming it’s just not enough to justify the wasted money, so this is no longer a dunkin I will be going to.

The place was so busy. I had to wait almost 10 mins. to get my pancake breakfast wrap. The lady was so apologetic when she noticed others who came in after me had ordered and received their order. I told her I was fine waiting, because it was that busy. She gave me 2 wraps for my being so patient though I only ordered 1. I highly recommend this place. Very courteous and friendly staff. I am amazed how they were able to handle such a huge flood of people not only inside, but the drive-thru. Merry Christmas and happy New Year !

This location consistently disappoints me. I live close to this location, so my family and I go here often to get coffee and donuts. This place is open past 8 pm but you won’t be able to get any donuts past 7 pm. I felt borderline verbally harassed by some employees for asking for donuts. We were there by the drive thru at around 8 pm and were told “WE Don’t Got No Donuts” as if it is customer’s fault. One time we were told they threw away all donuts so we don’t have any. Shouldn’t the store keep food till they close? On a Sunday afternoon, we went inside to place an order and nobody acknowledged me standing at the counter so I left after 10 minutes. This place is poorly run and I regret going to this location after every visit.

Please read proportions on mobile orders and give receipts either I get no cream or no cold foam clearly labeled on the order, which is extra money… Same as you’d expect if you went to Best Buy and want your computer fixed, you wouldn’t want someone to half fix your computer and say it’s good enough. Take pride in your job.
