Why am I still here!? I ordered one pizza with pepperoni and sausage, they said 12 minute wait. It’s been almost 30 minutes. Isaiah should not be trusted nor should this store when it comes to DELIVERING for DoorDash or anything regarding your order. Store refused to deliver a missing pizza even though it offers delivery and this app clearly does not care about customer service or reliability of employees.

Stopped in last week Sunday. Asked for a lunch meal deal which are 5.99 plus tax. Kid charged me 9.88 or somethin and I was confused. Few cents back and I’m like so that’s almost ten dollars? Price spike? And he said yea. Handed me the pizza and I was on my way still confused. Upon further inspection of pizza it wasn’t fresh. It was somewhat warm. Edible I guess. Didn’t think anything of the price until I just stopped at another lol Caesar’s for a pizza tonight. A whole deep dish pizza which cost the same. Hopefully you guys let your staff know about your pricing. I’ve always had great service from this place until this time. No need for a refund or anything just please let your staff know not to overcharge on your menu and just send people out the door thats not ok. Otherwise always been great to me at this location.

The staff was very friendly, i waited to pick up some pizza for our dnd session and the front teller had some awesome pins and painted finger nails. I would say that I did have to ask for my number and order, Im a little socially awkward so asking for my number took some mental prep but I i got my food hot and yummy. I hope the staff keeps up the great work!

Ordered Detroit style deep dish meal deal with a 2 litter Pepsi thru door dash did not get the 2 litter the door dash driver does not accept responsibility for not picking up or checking that the order is correct and little chasers refuses to answer their phone this is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY 2 COMPANIES IN RAPID CITY I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH EITHER ONE

Food is usually good, when you can get it. This store is never open at the times it’s supposed to be. Idk how they’re making any money, might as well close it. The phones are never answered, and online ordering isn’t available anymore. You can only walk in and get food, goodness knows how long the wait could be or if they’re even open. Also, the last few times I went in the main lady at the counter was kind of rude. Much prefer the store on Lacrosse.

I like this location, on West main, more than the others. There’s a better chance there will be items ready to grab and go. The staff is always nice and the customers a lot less sketchy than the other 2 locations. Although if I’m on the other side of town, I wouldn’t hesitate to go to the other locations.

Google hours don’t match store hours. Closed Sunday and Monday as of 11/14/21. When your unique selling proposition is “hot and ready”, you need to be available, especially when there are other pizza places in the immediate vicinity.
