Although my family really enjoyed our time together and played all the games possible for two hours or more the pizza was not all that great. The salad bar was perfect. The price ok. The service good. Please keep in mind that washing your hands after bathroom usage is as important in front of the customer as it is washing at the sink in the kitchen.

I ordered two pizzas and one of my pizzas got messed up. All the toppings were off to the side and I don’t think all the toppings were added so, I got a replacement pizza and confirmed that it was all good to replace. Upon pick up I was asked for payment and I explained it was a replacement and made sure to look at it before leaving everything was cool. Seemed all good then the manager calls me about 2 hours later asking for payment. Just a weird/not super great experience… still good pizza.

Celebrating my niece and my sons joint birthday party there when my 3 year old nephew pulled a screw out of his mouth from the pizza he was eating. He could have choked to death or swallowed it. After further inspection a second screw was found in one of our other pizzas. After speaking to the girl working the regiter she informed us that their pizza oven is broken but they are still using it to cook pizzas so their may be random hardware from the oven that may fall into the pizzas. This is extremely dangerous and absolutely unacceptable. It completely ruined my son and nieces party as everyone was afraid to eat anything. Hard to believe they put lives at risk to keep serving pizza and that a restaurant chain doesn’t have the money to address the issue. Thank God my nephew pulled the the screw out of his mouth and didn’t try to swallow it or he may not be with us right now. We are all horrified with their business practices. Who knows what else goes on there.

I walked in and ordered a large King Arthur to go. Then I sat at the closest table to the register. 50 minutes later I stood in front of the register to ask about my pizza. The guy making pizzas in the back asked my orders name and checked the warm box and said here it is. The crew never called up my name. It was sitting in the warmer box for 30 minutes and they never called my name.

Pizza and bread sticks were delicious. We appreciated the party room. Took about 50 min to get our pizzas, but think there were some new staff. Kids enjoyed the arcade and prizes. Our coupon didn’t work for some reason, but overall a good experience.

Overall seemed like a very thematically confused restaurant. Ostensibly medieval themed but its been converted into a really generic sports bar. They have children’s arcade games but serve alcohol. The many TV’s playing sports just made the place kinda loud, didnt seem necessary at all

Just got the Italian Garlic Supreme and breadsticks. One of the best pizzas we have had in a while. This one is a goto for us with a few slight personal mods. The pizza is so good dipped in their thousand island dressing too. So glad we decided to eat out tonight. I don’t mind spending a little more on the occasion because round table is the better pizza for it.
