I used Arby’s mobile app for the 5 for $5 roast beef sandwiches and apparently I ordered it from the wrong restaurant I was sitting in the parking lot of the Arby’s in sellersburg and the manager went ahead and took care of the order for me very politely and resolved my situation with no issues.

Food was great. Service terrible. Went through drive thru. No wait. Snotty girl at window had an attitude. Got the impression she does not enjoy her job. We got two chicken bacon swiss sandwiches, and a six piece mozzarella stick. Yummy

Quick stop on a trip out of state. Service was great and fast. Easy to get to off the highway but challenging to get back on. Food was exactly what I would expect from Arby’s, great tasting roast beef sandwich and mozzarella sticks were perfect.

Convenient location, menu variety, prices reasonable, staff very busy and looked tired, staff was attentive yet not friendly – no smiles or welcome or come again, order taken and delivered accurately and quickly, plenty of parking, store was clean and condiments available. Food quality was very tasty, cooking area looked clean from front counter even though some areas were not viewable, food was ordered “To Go” and when arrived at home 5 miles away was hot and tasted good.
