50.00 for a med pepperoni pizza a chop steak sub and the kicker $9.99 for 3 chicken fingers didn’t come with fries plus 4.95 delivered less than one mile. Think they take advantage of elderly ask for menu to check prices would have never tipped them 7.00 if I would have known they would charge my parents 5.00 to go a mile down the road. I will remove any old menus from the house and go to Parmas or Angelo’s or Pizza box. Many other choices in Manchester. Custom service, took 2 people to take 1 order, will never order again from them. I would even give 1 star.

Unfortunately, this was not the best of Jim & Nena’s franchise. We ordered mild wings, and we got wings coated in pizza sauce, and they were beyond spicy. Subs were not what we used to nor was the pizza.

Three times in a row, this Pizzaria has gotten the order incorrect. A single topping pizza has been missing pepperoni twice, leaving just cheese. The first time, they forgot an order of fries. So be prepared to be charged for things and not get them.

I have Jim & Nena’s from Philadelphia St location fairly often and it’s my favorite pizza in the area. I decided to try pizza from this location for the first time tonight because it’s nearby. Delivery of a large pizza with onion was $24 (not including tip) – that’s ridiculous and about $6 more than delivery of Jim & Nena’s in the city. But what really made me give this 2 stars and leave this review was the pizza itself. The crust was finished but the cheese was not – the top was melted but not under it so the cheese didn’t stay on the pizza. The onion was yuck – it had a lot of the outer layer of an onion that couldn’t even be chewed. Never again.
