Ordered a sausage told 10-15. Took 20. Guy puts it on heat rack, says “order up”. I’ve already paid. Petite front girl then pulls out her phone and goes to the bathroom. It sits there for another 5 before I get up and ask, it is in fact mine. Asked for butter and parm on crust, didn’t get it. Barely any sauce on the pizza. Sorry David, this sucked all around.

Have been there 3 times in the past and have had to wait everytime for a simple pepperoni pizza…am told 15-20 mins 30 mins later….and 2 times the pizza was so thin not done all the way.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! This is the second time I’ve had to wait more than 10 minutes on a simple pizza order! I could understand if I just went in and ordered a couple pizzas like every one else, but I specifically ordered my pizzas though the app to make it easy and faster which this company itself promotes, but instead I waited 20 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready while every other customer walked in then right back out. My order was a regular cheese and regular pep, which they were handing out left and right but I had to continue to wait?! Which again this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced such horrible wait times and service at this location, I wish they would do better!

I ordered online and 30 minutes later it was not even started. The lady out front kept making excuses for the delays, new employees, old employees walking out, etc. I canceled my order. The other day I ordered a pizza the was not done and the topping would not even stay on the crust.

We placed an online order, came to pick it up, and all was well until we started to eat our pepperoni cheese bread-it was literally raw in the center and i will not be eating here again anytime soon. the pizza is fine but i’m so disappointed.

Server was rude. I asked for sausage instead of pepperoni on a pizza and they said that it would be 12 something instead of the 6.99. I asked for plates and napkins and got 3 napkins and no plates, they aren’t available anymore. The prices are ridiculous if you don’t get the Hot and Ready. If you want something custom, you have to pay almost triple. I won’t go back to them.

Great Deep Dish Pizza. $7 for Pepperoni and $8 for 1/2 Cheese 1/2 Pepperoni. Very crispy crust and a delicious sauce with fresh cheese and always freshly baked. Wouldn’t buy Pizza anywhere else as long as they price it like this and continue their quality of ingredients. Great service, too. They are obviously very busy most of the time.
