I understand this is America and we all have Free Speech but stop throwing it in peoples faces . As you walk into this Arbys you ll notice theres a Huge PRIDE Flag above the condiments section . I almost turned around and walked out but I was Starving …. That aside the food was Absolutely Awful . The Reuben was Soggy and Nasty and the fries were way overcooked … I should have went elsewhere and I know they will never receive my business again .. People think they’re jumping onto this cool “band wagon” but unfortunately they are just killing there own businesses …

Update: went to the drive thru on 5-19 at 7:43PM. As i waited in line the two cars ahead of me were served. As i pulled up to the speaker at 7:48PM i was told they were closed and would not take my order. Their window states they are open until 8pm. The internet says they are open until 10pm. Well by 7:51 they had killed their lights in order to refuse a veteran service because they wanted to leave. This place is usually great, but they need to stick to their posted hours for sure! Taking my review from a 5 star to a 3 for the rudeness and not even talking to me about it!

We ordered food from the drive thru, it was brought out fairly fast. I got it home and my entire order was wrong. My Husband went back and complained. When He brought it home the sandwich was still wrong. I called and talked to the manager he was very apologetic, but I will not be going back.

We went to Arby’s tonight for dinner. We have always gone to Arby’s because we enjoyed the potato cakes so much. Much to our surprise, they have discontinued the potato cakes. My husband said he’s going to have to find someplace else to eat because those were his favorite and he’s just really disappointed. Let’s bring them back!!!

This is the best Arby’s I’ve ever been too. The food is always perfect (no soggy nastiness here) and the gentleman who works the drive thru at night (the red headed man) is very sweet and friendly. Seriously, I’d love to have him come work for my company. That kid knows great customer service.

I go here 5-6 times per week on the way to night shift. Drive-thru staff are always polite and take payment quickly. Drive-thru operators might have problems with their headsets since they ask me to repeat a lot (only place that does so). Could answer new cars as they pull up to order, faster. Really wish they offered a student discount.
