Im not sure who that guy was today working during lunch but he was so rude and disrespectful to the staff. The young ladies were obviously overwhelmed with orders and he was a total jerk to them. To the ladies working today , I’m sorry that happened and definitely deserve better from management.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Rude and unfriendly staff. Me and my wife walked in at 5:47 p.m. on a Monday no one greeted us we said hi to them and they just ignored us. Those kids inside working look HIGH.

Sub was okay. Would have been great but I asked for no mustard and no tomato and got both mustard and tomato on it. I’m pretty sure it was on the person taking my order. The ticket didnt specify no mustard or tomato. Lots of drink options. Friendly service. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the fact I got toppings I asked to not have. And she seemed new.

We were here on vacation. Gentlemen making our subs was very nice. Lady taking our order seemed put out and was very rude. My daughter and grandchildren were with me. She mentioned that she was a Firefighter Captain to which the lady just rolled her eyes. With all this, the man who made our subs did a wonderful job! They were really awesome. Even better than our Firehouse Subs back home.
