The quality of ingredients that Papa John has had has severely decreased over the years. It’s still decent pizza for the price. But my pepperoni sausage and mushroom pizza could have been a lot better. The side salad is so small pretty much only for one person and it’s almost $8. I was really disappointed in that. Overall it was prompt service but the food can definitely be better.

worst experience i’ve ever had anywhere. ever. we called and placed an order, gave them card information over the phone. waited almost 2 hours and realized they were closed. called to ask what happened and they basically gaslit and said we never ordered. funny part is that the person that told us we never ordered was the one that took our order and took our card information too. not sure what happened there but after a couple of questions they hung up. tried to call back and got no answer. can’t submit any kind of complaint because there’s no order number. had to cancel card in case the info fell into the wrong hands. yikes all the way around.

I love my local Papa Johns! The food options are varied and tasty. The staff, especially the delivery personnel are so polite professional and friendly! I have not been disappointed EVER! Love the BBQ wings, always hot and perfectly sauced, in fact I’d love to but the sauce for other meats. I strongly encourage tipping on-line AND adding a little extra cash when the driver arrives! I do so because I delivered pizza in High School 40 years ago and understand the difficulty involved to get food delivered accurately and quickly. Truly love MY local Papa Johns!!!!! Can’t say enough about this store. I’m a “Papa John’s” client for life!!!!

Papa John’s has gone downhill significantly. What used to be a friendly delicious pizza parlor has now been turned into a grumpy, greedy, pizza version of Burger King with an equal amount of grease. The person on the phone was fairly kind which is good to know since he was the manager, but that is no saving element for the $18 dollar charge (with a coupon) for two pizzas that were mediocre at best. I would have rated 3 stars had they remembered half of the toppings I ordered. It seems they have forgotten how the order goes. It was all buried under a thin amount of cheese with too much sauce and far more grease than the human body should consume. I doubt this review will be looked at considering there are dozens of 1 stars and it seems they do not care to respond. Seems like Papa needs to talk to his Mama on some manners. I hope they can improve, because $18 for 2 piles of trash is not how I wanted to spend my lunch. Service was good but did not expect a call back asking for a tip after pizza was delivered. 2 stars is generous. Good luck Papa. You’ll need it.

ORDERED 5 large pizzas for my crew. Went to pick up the pizzas after confirming they were ready for pick up. Upon arrival, one of the staff dropped one of the pizzas. Had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the pizza to be remade.

So this used to be my pizza place of choice. But there is an epidemic going on and even though I am less than 3 miles away they dont deliver. I shouldn’t have to order through a 3ed person delivery app to get pizza from a place that delivers. Also, the pizza is extremely overpriced. No one that is in your demographic of shoppers orders from papa John’s anymore because it is beyond expensive. So BE better for your community and I will change this review.

Papa Johns is good! I ordered veggie pizza with pepperoni on it. I liked it but Ill never order mushroom from there again. Tasted rotten….i believe they use canned mushrooms. Just not good! I normally order pepperoni from here so the veggie was new for me. The pepperoni of course was good.

They are an absolute joke. Placed an order one evening that took FOREVER to be delivered. When I called to check on the order, I was told they driver is on the way, they are running behind, but I would get a free large pizza the next time I called in and ordered. So here I am today – trying to call in this free pizza and have been on the phone for 15 minutes. Bounced around between corporate and my local store with no promise of ANYTHING!!!! What a shameful, dreadful, despicable establishment!!!!!
