In-n-Out is incredible. This is our first time here and as «first timers» we were treated like kings by the charming host George. Our kids are over the moon with the experience. This restaurant is like walking into a time warp and arriving in 1950s America where everything is perfectly clean and the people are friendly, kind and wholesome. A must do for anyone lucky enough to be travelling in the USA. The burgers are just sooooo good.

With all the hype on this place. The long drive thru, appears on several bucket list on the internet. We decide to try it. The burgers are paper thin, for once krystal/white castle burgers are thicker. No flavor. We cant figure out what all the long lines are for. Mcdonalds burgers would come before these.

It’s was wall to wall busy with no seats left and the crew didn’t miss a beat or order. They were calm and customers were happy. Truly living up to the name in and out, within 20 min of walking in we had a table and our food which was still delicious and made to look awesome plated. If every fast food shop were like this it would be harder to decide where to eat but not one of them can compare to the service I received today at this In and Out location. If I could give 6 star review, out of all the Google reviews I have done, I would this one time ever.

I’ve been several fast food places in the last couple of months and I’ve noticed in many places the customer service is very poor compared to how it used to be. Employees are less inviting, rush you to order, and don’t really care about retaining customers. However, here at In- N- Out in medford,OR, even though they are always busy, they always provide good service. Things like greeting you when you come in, giving you time to order (it’s a simple menu so its not too hard to pick), holding the door open for you if they’re on their way out, all add up! They were organized, working at a fast pace, but never let up on their cleanliness because the place was still in good shape. Usually there’s a line though, a LOT of people come here, especially for drive through.
