I stop here last Saturday August 23 at 7:41 AM the manager attitude was terrible, I got a coffee and it was so light so I ask for a little bit more coffee the manager grab my drink and he throw it and give me another one with a rude attitude and said you do it yourself, excuse me! what tipped of manager act like that, after that I saw how another man ask for something when he got his bagel and off course he act the same way. This person is terrible he attitude with customers is not acceptable.

The sign said skip the line use the kiosk to order well I did that and there were about 6 other drinks made before that. Then when I finally get tired of waiting he makes the matcha latte so much ice I just threw it away after a couple of sips. They need better service in this busy place. Won’t be returning.

No Donuts available at a Dunkin Donuts is crazy. This place has absolutely No Donuts. The staff were all teenagers who gave horrific service. They didn’t care about helping customers. They were interested in cleaning up the kitchen than making sure the customers were served. I wouldve left but unfortunately I already paid. I don’t even want to drink my coffee to be honest.

Worst experience ever . Employees to management everyone is just rude and bad . First they messed up my orders . Then I called them to look at my order , manager yelled from the corner and Said ” this is cappuccino, I don’t think you know what it looks like. And kept yelling . My son’s class trip stopped here on their 6.5 hour trip home to upstate NY yesterday. When the employees saw the large group they told a group of eighth grade students that no cash was accepted however continued to take cash from other customers. They also refused to make any more food after my son because of the group size.

This Dunkin Donuts is very bad,They charge their customers incorrectly. I ordered small coffee but they charge me for medium coffee and they didn’t make my coffee as I ordered .

The guy on the counter taking orders made me repeat the order 6 times but still couldn’t figure out what I wanted. Even after showing him the item on the menu right behind him, he was clueless of what a signature latte is. The people behind him knew what I wanted but still, they simply chose to ignore and dance in the background. Finally another lady from the back helped us. Everything is priced way more than it normally is. I also ordered a bagel (toasted) with cream cheese what I got was a lukewarm chewy bagel with no cream cheese. Really disgusting service. Would never take a pit stop here again.
