It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

7/31/2023 3:46pm place order – got refunded money at 4:35 pm Manager ruban/ Roberto -( fake name he gave me ) would not remake my order, after forgetting my fries , I told him it would be a inconvenience for me to pick hot fries with a cold burger . I told him I would like to get this order at a later time cause my mother just came out of surgery at the hospital near by . As I tried to explain that I would not except the hot fries with a cold meal was not acceptable Ruben hung up on me !!!!!!! Can you believe that !

We got a meal plus two sides and said we don’t need that much ketchup. I know that’s not a specific quantity, but we were given EIGHT ketchups (one that went with the meal not pictured) – 8. This is extremely wasteful, as a customer/consumer I hate this, and you should also hate this from a business standpoint. Please do better, Whataburger.

I really don’t know why I like Whataburger so much. I guess it just habit by now. The food is good enough – not better than other places, but better than most. I do love those taquitos though. Coffee is pretty decent and way cheaper than the other place.

I go to the Whataburger on Commerce & Gen. McMullen the most. I love their burgers and drinks. Service is always cheery and I like the way they come around and check on you, other fast food places don’t. I stopped in recently to cool off. I ordered a large strawberry shake. It was great !!! Flavorful !!! Their large shake is 32oz. !!! McDonald’s: 22oz. Burger King: 12oz.☹

Went to the drive thu this late morning ordered food when time to pay I noticed I didn’t have enough so I started to tell Devin that I didn’t have enough but he didn’t let me finish his response was oh how much are you short I got you I was very flattered but asked if I could do a split payment and his answer was yes it warmed my heart that he offered to pay the other half not many people do that anymore this guy deserves employee of the month I also wanted to give him something for himself so gave him a tip well deserved my friend keep up the great work stay positive and work hard
