My boyfriend and I picked up an 8 piece nugget meal and a 3 piece combo after waiting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of us. Got home and both took a bite out of our food just for the chicken to be extremely slimy and his had a gray tint to it. Called the place to let them know and they talked to me and questioned me like I was lying? Seemed to have absolutely no concern about it. They ended the conversation with “nobody else has called today to complain about the chicken being bad but okay.” I’ve always looked past the terrible customer service because I love the fries and blackened ranch but feeding customers bad chicken with no concern is not okay.

The food was cold the employees had attitude the order was wrong so what I made my order I specifically asked for cheese on my sandwich and there was none when I asked her why they didn’t. She said it’s already made so she can’t help me.. I like popeyes but because of this experience i will take my money else where. No customer service, out of some of the food on the menu and didn’t want to cook any if they had it. Will not go back. Sorry.

First and foremost this had to be the worst customer service I have ever came across. The most ignorant of them all has to be the lady at the drive through! She has to hate her job and is a miserable individual. There was never a positive interaction between her and her customer. Everything was very spiteful and rude. If you hate your job so much I suggest she goes sits in a cubicle and look at 4 walls. As for the chicken it was a mere 2 on the scale. It tasted like it been sitting out for hours just like her attitude. I will never step foot into that establishment ever again. 57 dollars for trash just like her. Management needs to hire more friendly oriented employees, because the ones that are there now are horrible. Save your money do not waste your time going into this Popeyes on Hwy 16!

I am a huge lover of popeyes, or as of yesterday ‘was’. I remember paying $12 tax included for a 10 piece, yesterday I got a family meal of 12 and it was in the same box as the 10 piece would struggle to be in. How have prices almost doubled meanwhile all chicken pieces have gotten smaller? I had breasts the sizes of wings, thighs the size of legs, legs the size of wings, wings just 100% fried skin ball. Prices need to go back to the original or be less then when they served original sized chickens. When I poured hot sauce from the packet I recognized even the sauce in the packet had been reduced. Usually I pour one packet onto 2 pieces of original sized chicken, now it took the whole packet for 1 smaller then original size of chicken.

Popeyes on Hwy 16 in Denham Springs is terrible! We got chicken tenders, red beans and rice, dirty rice. It was hard and cold!! The large sides were small! The biscuits were the only thing good. Service is terrible! This is the very last time we will go there. Not to mention, very expensive! My husband picked it up to bring home. I was so disappointed and wanted to go tell them I wanted a refund or hot food. He said no. We won’t go back.

I ask the manager for a substitution for a side she got angry stated that I can’t change the sides then refused my order and threatened to call the cops if I didn’t get out of her drive thru line
