Usually pretty fast service when dining in. The drive thru customers seem to have priority though. During the after lunch crowd, 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm, the place is usually nearly empty. However, that is when the banter and shouting between staff members occur. I’ve been privy to overhear staff discuss their evenings out the night before; discuss applicants who came in for interviews; family issues, etc. Very few filters on the staff mouths. All speak by shouting. Not the best place to try to have a relaxing bite for a late lunch.

I used to love Arby’s Roast Beef, but now there are more poultry menu items than beef. Why the unnecessary change. Then I ask for a cherry turnover and was informed that they were out of both cherry & apple! Why is that?

Every arby’s I go to, if you don’t go at peak times you get cold/old food. It was fine but my fries and sandwich were cold. If this was just one restaurant or one time I’d say it was a fluke. But numerous times and restaurants says to me that it’s a trend. I think they are pushing their employees to serve cold food to save food costs. Employees are really friendly and nice. Otherwise it would have one star.
