My husband went through the drive through around 12:30 pm on July 15th. He ordered two chicken sandwich meals. When he got home and looked at both sandwiches we quickly realized that they only used 1 piece of chicken that was cut in half to make 2 sandwiches. I’ve never seen such awful service. I’ve tried calling the location and the line keeps saying it’s busy. This is unacceptable and this location needs to shutdown or retrain their entire staff.

General Manager, Misha, went above and beyond on Father’s Day getting our order ready for pick up after church. It was extremely busy but she took time to take our phone order and apologized for the wait. She was a real blessing to us, and the Fathers enjoyed the family meal. Misha is professional and helpful, cares about her customers, and represents Popeyes well!

I arrived at the inside counter at 1:30 pm on 8/13/23. There was absolutely NO chicken in the racks…NONE. There were people in line inside, a line of cars in the drive-thru, and cars parked waiting for their orders. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, I noticed that a tray of about 6 breasts was placed in the rack. The woman in front of me ordered $65 worth of chicken, etc., so I knew I’d be waiting forever for my order of 8 pieces, no sides, and I also considered the number of people waiting for their drive-thru orders. I left! I can’t imagine how long people waited for their orders. Oh, and I assume when placing your order, no one was told how long they’d have to wait, because I doubt very much they’d wait an hour for their order. Very poor management, that’s for sure. If possible, I wouldn’t have given even 1 star.

I ordered an eight piece chicken tender family meal with a large side and this is what I found when I got home. This was after they had me pull ahead to wait 10 minutes for the chicken tenders that that said would be done in ten, so theoretically they should have had a fresh batch. Apparently the phone is off the hook because I’ve called repeatedly and gotten no response.

The service is horrible. Theres a black manager with no common sense try be those kids friends instead of making sure the operation is moving rsmoothly. We placed an order online , we got to the store they said they didn’t have it . Okay no problem, I said can we switch to this. I waited over 35 mins for a tender combo because the crew of kids forgot to make it . I tried to be understanding but I lost it . Where is the customer service? Do restaurants not have an time on when an order should be ready? I onced love coming to this location. I will not be back . Review your staff stop hiring just anyone

So we ordered through GrubHub for pickup not knowing that the app is definitely ran differently. I mean this by we ordered and waited for the app to say the order was ready and when i went inside it wasn’t. I told, I believe her name was Lisa or Ashley, but she was in the front with another 2 older gentleman, the manager and another cashier, and they did amazing. The female cashier was so fast and got our order ready and apologized that it wasn’t ready for us but explained that the GrubHub orders for pickup are made when the customer gets there to ensure the food is fresh and hot. She also explained they only put pickup orders out for dashers. I was fine with all this, i was just happy i didn’t have to cook after a long day lol. Thanks to the front staff for an amazing job.

I’m going to be a little harsh on my review even though this particular store is better than many other Popeyes I’ve been to. Reason being I’m disappointed in Popeyes as a whole. Not only have they taken away sides without replacing them with new options (i e. Onion rings, green beans, rice and beans) there are no veggie options (except Cole slaw), nothing remotely healthy (I get it, I could go somewhere else but when everyone else in the house wants it…) Normally I’d let all this slide because, yes, they’re chicken is usually on point and I enjoy the shrimp. But tonight I opened up the popcorn shrimp to try and dig some of the meat out for our baby and discovered that 99.9% of the popcorn shrimp is, in fact, breading. The shrimp inside is like a shrimp vein. I was dumbfounded. I bet the profit from charging jumbo shrimp prices for some sea monkeys in flour is really making the execs happy. Me, not so much.
