Employees here are rude. I saw a mother walk in with her child and they didn’t even greet her to make her feel welcomed. I’m not going back to this location, this was my second impression of this place, and both times sucked. The owner needs to train the employees on customs and courtesies. The sandwich wasn’t bad though, it just sucks eating a sandwich from an establishment with nasty attitudes.

Went in, ordered sandwiches and was talking with Daniel. He made me feel like I was talking to and old friend. He was friendly, fast and very personable. Wanted to shout out Kitty who a few weeks ago owned a solo shift during lunch rush. She greeted everyone who walked in, made sure those waiting were updated on their order, and at least in my case got everything perfect on my subs. Awesome job from an awesome worker!

0 star if I could . Been to this jimmy John’s for over 6 years , what happened? It used to be my #1 spot now it’s the dead last . Bring back the wraps and take care of management. There not people person. JJ at this location isn’t corporate standard. I know champaign Illinois standards ( heart of jj) and this location doesn’t have it . Spend money somewhere else
