My first time here since moving to Iowa. Food was good, Orange shake was really good. Missy was the one to hand me my order and even caught me before I drove off without a couple of things that didn’t make it in the bag. She was so awesome that I came back the next day. Missy’s kindness and the Orange shake are the reasons I’ll be coming back again the next time I can afford to eat out.

Customer service ….I was beyond disappointed today. We did not purchase our meal at this location. We did purchase our meal at the downtown Arby’s which was cold, not fresh, tasted old and bad enough for me to actually be writing this review. I’m writing this because of the way this franchise handled the situation. My autistic son, for those of you in the community know how picky they are 🙂 and love there specific foods, was wanting to try the wagyu burger that he sees advertised on his YouTube ads. For his birthday special meal, this was his request. One bite and he has that look. He says it doesn’t taste fresh. Tasted kinda stale. I told him it’s ok I’ll stop at the Arby’s’s out by where we were going. We wrapped the sandwich back up and put back in bag. I also ordered my favorite sandwich cheddar cheese roast beef sandwich special two sandwiches for $7 but it also tasted like it was sitting there for awhile. It was cold and just a weird taste.
