I started to give this place a chance and the staff one time out of maybe 5 were nice. Aside from that some teenagers and or young adults working with rude attitudes, telling me to hold on and putting their finger up and actually saying “hold on” no please no nothing just rude tones. They also messed my drink up even though I was clear and specific about what I was ordering then had the audacity to give me an attitude and just hand me the drink afterwards with no “sorry” or “my apologies” just stuck it out the window and stared at me like I messed up? Sadly won’t be back and I cannot wait for Starbucks to open.

When you don’t want 95% ice and the actual drink, they only fill it half way. $8 drink there folks!

New Richmond location. Ordered nonfat latte. Got home and found I’d been given some kind of green mess. Too far to go to take it back. Very disappointed

Very very disappointed. I ordered lunch and found a few long hairs throughout my sandwich. Called and the Supervisor did not seem to concerned. I feel like I needed to ask them to be refunded for my sandwich. I work at a business in town and would frequently order from them. I will no longer order food from there.

Kay (the manager) and her team give us super customer service at this Dunn Brothers in New Richmond. I especially enjoy her lattes in house cups with her creative designs. I feel special, like a Queen! Give it a try! It’s awesome all the way around. Delicious scones too!

This coffee rocks! Love ev.e.ry.thing. The coffee smells are worth coming in for alone. Try the Espresso or the Headless Horseman. Even the decaf is amazing and worth trying. You can even purchase freshly roasted beans or have them custom grind for you. Super friendly staff too. My favorite coffee place in NR. And the sandwiches do not disappoint either…made to order and hearty.

The taste of my coffee is not always consistent and it really just depends on the batista making it at the time. Regardless, I’ve never had a bad cup of coffee and it is still one of my favorite coffee shops to stop at. My only complaint is the way employees consistently ask for tips. I get it. I used to work as a batista myself and tips are a nice treat at the end of the day, but it is not a given. It’s a bit rude in my opinion when as soon as you pull up to the drive thru window, one of the first things you are asked is “Do you want to leave a tip?”. It’s off-putting.

Rude girls work here. And I’m sorry but how is it a coffee shop doesn’t have drink toppers for hot drinks? I live 40 minutes away and came to get coffee here. No drink toppers equals a messy drive and cold coffee thanks. Absolutely never again.
