Anna was very rude. They were all so slow. Nobody understood what you to say to them on top of that. I ordered a dinner box. They forgot the cheeseburgers in my dinner box after I went back home is when I realized they made me drive back up there to pick up my cheeseburgers that they forgot and I was not given anything in return for going out of my way to return for some thing that I did not forget so disgusting and do something better with your life because food service is not it.

Terrible service. Told me to pull up to the door and theyd bring my food out bc theyre making it “fresh.” Waited for 15 minutes while everyone else behind me got their food when they were at the window. Finally brought my food out and it was all cold, large fries half full and stale. So much for “fresh.”

Brittany the general manager is an extremely rude person. Took the family there a week ago. Order was messed up I offered to pay additional money just to pay for the items I originally ordered because they gave me the wrong items. They noted in their system a credit for me under my name. For the opportunity to earn my business again. I went back because of the credit and to give them another try. Britney the general manager said she saw the credit and saw the name saw the documentation and she just decided she wasn’t honoring it. Big waste of my time cannot believe a company is being ran like that is horrible in this day and age this is the customer service that we receive. Being a waste of time and she admitted she saw the note and the credit in the system and she wasn’t going to honor it. I told her I was going to reach out to corporate because of the crazy situation last time and her acknowledging the credit in the system and not honoring it. She said she didn’t care because their franchise owned.

Always check your order before you leave! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve taken my food all the way home to realize something was made wrong or items are missing. With this particular location, I’ve found that except for normal breakfast hours, there’s at least a 70% chance the order will be messed up. It’s like they wait until lunch time to train new people or something. See attached pictures. If you have a custom sandwich order, even if it has a grill slip with the right info, open it and make sure.
