I went in and I was instantly greats by two staff members. As I was deciding what to order the associate behind the counter was engaging me in conversation. Then the young lady who made the sandwiches was just as awesome! Then the cashier who checked me out was also in a super good mood and engaged in more conversation. The food as always was amazing. By far the best Jesery Mike’s I’ve been too!

I don’t know what location the 1 ⭐️ reviewer received his order from, but this restaurant location wasn’t even officially opened. We stopped by on 5/2 (giving benefit of the doubt from the 1-star review) and was met by the friendly and excited Jersey Mike’s team, including the manager, letting us know that opening day would be 5/3/23.
