This was some of the best Vietnamese food my husband and I have had. Very fresh and so tasty! The slush and iced coffee with boba were very good as well! And it’s its only location!!! Y’all need to try them whenever you’re in the area and support a local restaurant!!

Been coming here every Wednesday since they opened. There’s a bunch of yummy options and delicious drinks. There’s something new to try every time. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Love the modern art deco style atmosphere as well. A super cute place to get a tea and read or meet up with a friend for lunch. Been wanting to try their egg waffles!

This place was amaaaaaazing!!!!! I’m obsessed with spring rolls and cook Vietnamese food often and this place really impressed me. I love that you have so many options and you get two huge rolls. They also have a bunch of sauces to try which I love as a sauce girl. The people working were also very sweet and the decor was beautiful! So clean as well. The Thai teas we got were also delicious, the Thai green tea has a kind of jasmine flavor that sets it apart from other drinks like it I’ve had before. I wish I wasn’t moving out of Texas because I’d definitely make the drive from College Station here often. 10/10

Finally Boba place nearby. New establishment along with other businesses withing the shopping center. I ordered the 2 Spring Rolls, one with rice and the other noodles, along with the meat, veggies and fruit variety they had. These are not small size either. These tasted very fresh. The taro Boba tea was average, but still a great tasting drink. Plenty of seating inside and out.

I drove the 15 mins from Montgomery to try Spring Rolling in Magnolia. Not only was it fresh and delicious, the staff and owner were so friendly. I’ve eaten hundreds of banh mi and spring rolls over the years, and these are deservingly at the top. The concept is new and fresh as well. I was raving to the owner about my lunch and she mentioned the pate+butter (liver butter) on the manh mi is her mom’s recipe. Don’t skip this on your bahn mi…. delicious! The best I’ve ever tasted. Oh, and there’s a garlic spicy sauce on the table…. delicious as well. The iced oolong tea was great. And if you want just one spring roll (they’re huge) you can order a la carte.

Tried it today for the first time. It’s a unique concept of build your own rolls/sandwich/bowls or just select something on the menu. I chose #4 sub. It was a great sandwich that left me satisfied. Staff was also very friendly. Highly recommend to check this place out.

I absolutely love this place, and I have been multiple times. I always get the house special. They have a drive-thru and they also deliver, but it’s best when you’re in the shop and it’s piping hot. They also have lots of yummy boba and slushies. Banana and watermelon slushies are my favorite so far.
