I have been coming to this location since I was a kid and have always enjoyed their pizzas. However something has happened to quality control at this location specifically in the last 2-3 years. All of the pizza they make are thin and cooked unevenlly. Today I ordered a stuffed crust and my dough was RAW with little cheese in the crust. In addition it was as thin as paper when I never ordered a thin crust. It was the reason why I finally had to come leave a review. I will be ordering from the Fulton Little Caesars instead from now on. Their pizzas are much much better.

The food was good and I was very impressed by the employees. There was a constant stream of customers, one of which had an order of 14 pizzas, and the staff both up front and in the back were working efficiently to keep things moving as quickly as possible. I was very impressed with how well they worked and how courteous they were while dealing with so much at once.

Your guy on duty that has long hair with no hair net, has the worst response to my complaint about the pizza not having cheese in some spots. Looks like more crust. I told him if he could give me another with cheese on it all around and he said he can’t give me another. Plus I show it to him and he says it has cheese on it, if it didn’t have cheese it would be red. I don’t see the cheese in that spot or sauce. So why do these people feel that they could just respond in that manner and not so something about it. So rude and obnoxious. Maybe they should be taught to make pizza correctly and no one will complain. Little Caesar’s unfortunately is a franchise so these owners don’t care. Something should be done about this rude person. MANAGEMENT,SEEMS LIKE YOU NEED TO MAKE SOME CHANGES. DO BETTER LITTLE CAESAR’S.

Pizza was so hard it stayed in tact when lifting it and that guy with curly long hair was rude!! Ordered 2 Pepperoni Pizzas on Little York @ Airline and both pizzas were very cold and hard as if they had been sitting there for a long while, ruined my dinner!! Never will I order from there again!!

Distasteful disappointing I waited 2 hours for this pizza . Only to have the pizza have a hole in it am I paying for the hole as well. Little Caesar’s pizza is an established pizza company the multi million dollar company has seen a downfall in its services over the years especially around the Houston area . The workers are incompetent and lack the discipline to fulfill their jobs that being said why do I have a hole in my pizza my hot and ready pizza that we lay 5.55 for . How dare the company embarrass itself like this with a shameful decoration of its culinary rights. I would not recommend this pizza establishment to anyone or any living thing .

Ordered online and after 20 minutes when the pizza was done the app said it couldn’t be entered into the portal so I needed to see a cashier to receive my pizza. Cashier was clueless to where my pizza was and said, “I needed to wait 5-10 minutes.” This was 8 minutes after I was told via the app to come get my pizza. 2 minutes later the app says come.get my pizza. I show the cashier and she tells me to just ignore the app. I asked her if they just put a new pizza in the oven and she said yes. Got my pizza 16 minutes after my first (of two) app notifications to get my pizza. When I walked in a plain clothed person was walking out from the kitchen area with 2 pizzas….. pretty sure 1 was mine. Probably a worker/manager who just took a customer pizza. Foh!

Usually have a good enough experience getting pizza here. Now it has become more of a hit miss. I either come to this location or the one on crosstimbers. Anyways, came here on saturday and there was a line so minus 1 star for the wait. Well when we got home we look at our pizza and man it was more on the toasted side. Decided not to call or make a big deal since it was hot enough to be considered fresh. I am not sure if I will be returning to this location. I guess I will put in a online order then since the Hot and Ready is now Hot and burnt pizza.
