This place has a wonderful interior and atmosphere, to which the effort stops and hell begins. The service is slow and incompetent, almost every time I have went there they’ve screwed up my order. Their drive thru screws up every time, their inside service most of the time. And don’t even bother getting their french fries, the equivalent of dumping a whole bottle of salt in your mouth.

Cussed out by Marie the manager for asking why the lobby wasn’t open at 830pm when its supposed to be open till 11pm. Would give 0 stars if I could. Awaiting a call back from leonard management’s office about the entire situation. If this is an indication of how they run their stores I won’t eat at any of them ever. Im a truck driver its 21 degrees outside being forced to walk in a drive thru to order which just for insurance reasons alone isn’t a good idea. She also lied to me and said the lobby closes at 9 pm and that its posted on the front door. Will post an update later. However the Casey’s across the street was amazing with great customer service. Had a piping hot fresh pizza in 10 minutes. Its pretty bad when the locals in the town bad mouth the establishment as well.

I wasn’t impressed. For being a fast food place, it took over 20 minutes to get our meal. I talked to another customer and all he ordered was fries and it took over 35 minutes. There prices are way too expensive.
