First time to get literally inedible food. Veggie Spud had obviously been sitting, already made, for a LONG time. Skin was burnt and hard as a rock. The only vegetable that was identifiable was broccoli. Rest of the veggies were the slimy skin part only. Majority of what cheese sauce that was on it, was the bottom of the pan burnt chewy brown stuff you’d throw out. Pics of burnt cheese, veggie slime, and potato skin that literally separated from itself. I did takeout and should have known something was wrong when I got 2 potatoes, the other was equally disgusting, and soup in 10-12 minutes. Didn’t check order because #1-always previously had great food when dining in, and #2 I live out of town. $29 with tip wasted..

Grear menu IF THEY GET IT RIGHT. I choose delivery most of the time and try to cut them some slack. I order several meals at once to eat throughout the week. Last night ordered 3. 2 needed help. Asian salad is normally very good. Only problem is they left out the chicken breast! Chicken Harvest Salad is good. The sandwich barely had enough to cover the croissant. The extra chicken salad in a cup may have been 2 tablespoons for $3. Not worth it, IMO. The last 3 delivery orders have been messed up in various ways. I didn’t call on the first 2. I called and nothing was offered to make up for the lousy food service. That’s not why I called but on a $62 order (incl tip & fees), you’d think they’d want the business back. NOPE. Good enough. Won’t be back. Sad but tired of lack of quality control.

We come to Jeff City once a month from an hour away for orthodontist appointments and always come to McAlister’s for lunch. The staff is fabulous–they remember us and are always nice and welcoming at this location! We have never had a problem with our orders, and the service is great.

If I could leave a zero I would! I was asking how to work their machine for credit cards and was told needed to leave tip because my service depended on if I did or not. Never coming back! I tip after I receive the service, hubby asked for sweet tea and got unsweetened tea and our soup was cold!

We have had delivery from McAlister’s on several occasions and until today everything has always been great. After receiving the order that was placed for Dinner today I think I am done with this chain and ordering from other chains as well. Thank You McAlisters, you are going to save my family a lot of money. The Nachos that were ordered were nothing more than a handful of chips and not mush else. I do not expect food to look like the staged photos on your web site but come on! At least the Chili was hot. You get one star as it will not let me post without a rating.

Went to pick up my food. Apparently it was stolen. Ok. Was told that I was going to have to wait another 15-20 minutes to have it made again. Manager said she can’t help it. I asked to have it made asap and she said there are orders in front of mine. Told her Food security isn’t my responsibility. She was very rude.
