Won’t return. Way overpriced for what you get. Which on it’s own I could live with but the service was poor as well. No one at the online order line so I had to wait in the normal line. Again, something I could live with on it’s own. But both together, coupled with the fact they forgot the celery which I paid extra for, just created an experience I don’t wish to repeat.

We waited 27 minutes to get 3 basic wing combos. I could have gone to a full sit-down service restaurant and gotten my food faster. While waiting so long, the manager and 4 of the staff came out to the dining area and stood around laughing. Then when the food arrived, all of the fries were barely warm. One of my boneless wings was the size of a skinny french fry dipped in heavy batter–a 15/85 chicken to batter ratio. When I asked–after 23 minutes–about the status of my food, they acted like they had never encountered a customer who asked a question before. Completely clueless. Will NEVER come here again. I know it’s possible that another WS could be managed better, but the food was not good enough to merit another visit. Extremely disappointed.

Called several times on Monday at 1830. No answer. I called multiple times, no answer. Not the brightest or most articulate people working at the Augusta Rd. location either so it’s not surprising that they never answer the phone. I wonder if the owner is apprised to how much business is lost due to a lack of answering phone calls.

I read the reviews so I was nervous. I would wait an hour to get food from here. The staff was very friendly and smiling, my food was huge, spicy, and delicious. I got the mango habanero boneless wings, Louisiana fries and the Cajun corn (I wanted to try multiple things since we don’t have a wing stop in Irmo that I know of). It took about 15-20 mins and I have zero complaints. My kid got the Cajun boneless wings and they do not skimp on seasoning. They were delicious. The price is similar to five guys or tropical smoothie, definitely worth it. Now I’m going to need them to build one by me so they can take my money. The ranch was great too. I went around 11:15am on a Tuesday and placed my order in store.

1st time going to the Wing Stop and my experience was good. The cashier who helped me was very helpful and explanatory especially with it being my first time going there and not knowing what to get or how things work. She even let me taste the sauce on a new flavor wings that they had before I purchase it.

If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would. My boyfriend and I placed our order at 9:18PM and we were suppose to eat in. I got 6 boneless wings combo and my boyfriend got a chicken sandwich combo. While we were waiting two employees started to go ahead and do their closing duties 40 minutes before close. We were sitting down and the employees decided to put up all chairs around us. 35 minutes goes by with still no food and I walked up and asked a employee, “why have we been waiting over 35 minutes for our food,” and she responded, “I don’t know” and proceeded to give someone else’s their food. After many people ordered after us they got their food before ours and we had been waiting 40 minutes at that point. I asked the lady twice if she can go check on our food and she responded, “sure.” and then she asked “if we wanted it Togo.” Another employee handed us our food a few minutes later after we’ve been waiting over 40 minutes and my boyfriend said “it shouldn’t have take that long,” and the employee responded “it will be alright” as we are walking out the door. I would’ve been more lenient with this, but we only ordered two combos. I have never had such terrible customer service and never once got an apology. This was our first and last time ever eating here!

I walked in to the cashiers were having an argument. The attitude ran over onto me, I wasn’t greeted, she very rude, huffing, and puffing. I will not be ordering from this place ever again, and I really do love the food… I’ll just have to find another one, even if I have to drive further out. This was totally unacceptable..

Wingstop #891 service is horrible. After 20 min of placing my order we witnessed another couple complain about a 35 min wait time asking for a refund. This is my 2nd time here, first time was a dine in and of course took way too long. Tonight we ended up waiting 45 min. The people upfront should say if there is gonna be a long wait time. Not just stand up there playing on their phone. Then when I get upset because of my wait time they wanna have an attitude. I will never suggest anyone to come here. I won’t set foot in this place again until some serious changes are made. If I could take the one star away I would. This place doesn’t even deserve that. 45 min wait time for 2 orders of wings. The least they could do was offer a discount or something, but nothing!!

The worst! Ordered $72 worth of food through doordash, driver arrives with one lemonade and a fry. They forgot side salad, 10 extra ranch at $1.39 a piece, 2 drinks, 24 wings and 2 specialty fries, seasoned Buffalo ranch and voodoo fries. I called store, they placed me on hold for 8min, I hung up, called back they said, “no longer accepting calls from this number”. Don’t order to delivery, be onsite cause they can’t hide from their very bad service.
