Oh my gosh we love this place and we love the owner Barbara! Coming here is like coming to a good friend’s house for dinner! That can cook really well too by the way. Her hospitality is top notch. Her crab cakes are full of flavor and fresh. She even has a secret recipe for her potatoes. Soooo good! Places like Barbara’s make us excited to be downtown!

This place is BOMB!! I heard about this business on facebook and finally went to try their crab balls and crab cakes. Their crabs balls taste excellent and I was already full off them. I took the crab cake home to eat for dinner. The owner came out before i left and she is seriously the sweetest. 10/10 for food and service, would definitely recommend.

Ate here a few weeks after they opened. I ordered the crab balls for $21.99. At that time, it came with no side. I literally got 3 chicken nugget size crab balls for $21.99. They we’re good but very small for the price. I added their corn on the cob for $5.99 and tea for $3.99. While waiting at a table for my food I drank my tea and asked for a refill. They said no refills on drinks. $3.99 and no refills. Very expensive ( over $30 for just me) and no refills. Their prices may have changed since I came in but there is no way in heck that I will ever go back.

I’ve been to simply crabs twice and they were the same like the food taste because the crabs balls with the side of potatoes and they offered free refills on tea, koolaid, and lemonade
