Order pizza at 5:15 said I don’t need it until 6:15 she said no problem. 5:25 I get a notice It says my pizza is ready. I think and I hope not. Sure enough I get there, it’s sitting on the counter not even in a warmer Stone Cold at 6:15. To top it off got a muffaletta pizza. Skimpiest amount of Olive mix to make it a muffaletta pizza that they could have possibly put I’ll include a picture. What happened to this once good pizza place?

Im so happy I tryed this place today. I tryed the cajun boil pizza and wasnt disapointed one bit. I loved the flavor and quality. The lady who served my table was very friendly and attentive. I wanna also mention this place has Pibb soda and its very hard to get the soda in town. I look forward to coming back.

Lily was the nicest, most knowledgeable bartender we’ve had in ages. Not since the days of sitting bar side with my mates while sailing around the southern end of Africa have we had such a joy at a bar. Made our dine in experience a truly magical experience. This review applies only to the Pizza and Calzones. Both are made fresh to order. Both are great quality, but quality(quantity of toppings and fillings) may vary depending on the day of the week and who is in the kitchen. If you order other dishes, ask if it was made fresh to order or will it be microwaved. Some dishes do not microwave well as is confirmed in some of the other reviews.

I only gave one star because that’s the only way I could comment! I patronize Rotolos on the regular because at first the management & everything was superb! Never had any issues! On yesterday, 3/11 I ordered original cheese sticks & it had a banana pepper on it! I proceeded to ask my waitress what was it & her response was what do I want her to do about it!? I ask her to please get me another order of them! She proceeded to give attitude when I’m ONLY asking her to do her job! We shouldn’t be treated any kind of way when we are spending our money! Customer service should always be your number one priority when you’re dealing with the public! Hopefully the GM sees this & if any questions are concerns please feel free to reach out to me! The pizza was just ok They have different flavors to choose from not just your basic pepperoni, cheese, meat lovers, etc. But again it was just ok. Our waitress was phenomenal though and the atmosphere was good the TVs weren’t so loud you couldn’t hear each other.
