I don’t come to this location usually because I’ve had bad experiences here before but I went in and I was helped out by the manager (tatted big guy) and he was very nice and helpful. I got my order quickly even though it was busy. He definitely changed my views on this location just in one visit and I also seen him give everyone else great customer service while I was in the store.

My burger was not only well done but also congratulated. The wettest things should’ve been the meat, but the flakey top layer of bun was probably moister. The meat was so coarse, smoking cigarettes would’ve been a worse alternative to harm my throat. The wait time was alright.

This was my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings and it was delicious. The were great and to my surprise the cauliflower wings are now my new fav. The manager Quinton was helpful for me and my boyfriend got he regular monster order. All of it was great!

This place has some of the worst employees. Don’t try to go in and order let alone try to place and order online. We went in 2 hours before they closed and the young guys they have closing said the fryer is broken so they’re not taking orders. I said I just want a couple of burgers then he goes to the back and comes back and says we’re out of burgers. They don’t answer the phones at all. Hire someone who is responsible. This place was a waste of our time.

We placed an order 2 days prior for a pickup on Saturday at 4pm for 240 wings. The order was placed on a Thursday and paid in full. We arrived at 4:25 for the pick up and the cashier seemed confused as he looked at the receipt. He then said “ummm. Let me get the manager” The manager came out immediately with an attitude, (who refused to tell us her name and just kept saying “my name is the manager), and said “I told the man who placed the order it would be ready at 4:45 because it’s such a big order. If we placed an order 48 hours in advance, why would it take 45 minutes AFTER our pick up time? She then told us “I am short staffed today, so you’re gonna have to wait.”

They’re great, plan ahead if it’s lunch or a dinner rush cause they get very busy and the wait can be very long. Every employee is nice and helpful. I haven’t had anything I don’t like. Their cheese curds are great but I love their fried pickles more.

Not coming again, the reason why is because today I went and got 20 wings, and then when I checked them there was a little wing that they counted as the 20 wings I bought so I went to tell the worker and all they told me was “that’s how they come out” he didn’t even do anything, that’s why I give this a 1 star.

The “manager” needs to be retrained or reassigned. I went to pick up the wings which had a scheduled pick up time and she informed me that they weren’t ready.When asked for a clarification and an ETA on my order she refused. Once i arrived home with the food we were missing approximately half of the order. The reason I say manager is because she refused to give me her name. As expected with poorly trained and uneducated staff she failed to wear her work badge.
