Unfortunately when this place opened it was AMAZING! Wings were perfect and fries were always nice, Hot and fresh…… I recently ordered and my Buffalo Ranch fries were COLD and the sauce was thick and almost seemed old….. Also unfortunately my wings were undercooked the skin was rubbery and almost mushy, The wings meat had a pink hue to almost every single one of my wings! As a business person I would advise the owners to fire and rehire new staffing that will actually run a business correctly!

We just ate here and I think the fries they gave us was sitting out for several hours and were so cold. I think they left them out from a left over earlier batch absolutely disgusting they even smelled bad. Why would you serve someone something you wouldn’t want to eat? So lazy and just nasty. Will never eat here again never had this issue at any other wingstop. My husband wings were also cold. Wish I checked the bag would have sent them back.

Just get another crew! They attitudes are very nasty and I NEVER get what I asked for. I ordered 20 piece wings , wasn’t in the bag. Drove all the back just for the lil girl at the register to have a attitude , wait to make some more wings ( didn’t even check to see if they just forgot to give us a bag with the wings in there) & still got the wrong order. Luckily, they were for my kids and they not picky eaters.

This is not the first time my order has been this bad! Why would you send out burnt fries?? Literally no seasoning just crusty burnt fries. And that’s the main reason I order from wing stop! The wings were under cooked drenched in bbq sauced. I know now to order plain if I decide to go back. Because every time I buy food it becomes a waste! Do better and quality food needs to be served!!

The employees were nice, the food was ok, the place was ok. I wasn’t happy with the size of the wings. Still better than pizza hut and just less than buffalo wild wings in my opinion. I didn’t hate it as it was close and I wanted to try them.

Rude employees. Bunch of bums hanging out at the entrance for some reason. Thought I was gonna have to give em a 3 piece in order to get to my 3 piece. Then I spoke to the manager. I deduced that this man was perpetually angry, due to his head being shaped like a chicken nugget. Lost my appetite. Would recommend KFC instead. Negative 5 ⭐’s

I had a $75 order of 60 pieces of wings, I only received 15. I didn’t bother to go back and cause a scene because there was already an angry customer before us and that’s just not me. Also, every time I go there, I’m always waiting wayyyyy past the time they say that my food is going to be done. Today, I waited 30 minutes after the time they said it’d be done. Another time, my food was waiting on the shelf, and I had already been there for almost an hour, and the staff apologized to me and said that my order was already ready for a while.

I ordered 2 wing combos. The fries were greasy, not cooked completely, and no fry seasoning on them. I called the restaurant and they told me to come back and replace. I got back in my car and returned to the restaurant. The picture attached is my replacement! Same result as before just cooked a little darker. My son & I threw them away!!!
