Been going to this location for years. The drive thru was very bad before on how long you have to wait and now its just as bad. Pilled in with 3 cars ahead of me. I waited about 5 minutes just to get to the speaker. Then, it took me 3 minutes before the lady was ready to take my order. It then took 3 minutes to get to the window. Total of 6 minutes from speaker to getting my order. 11 minutes all together from 3 cars back from the speaker. Get you act together.

This location is the worst location I have ever been to. I have been going here for the past year and consistently try to give them the benefit of the doubt as the closest other location is Manchester. Today I finally had enough. I placed a mobile order for a strawberry coolata, upon coming inside the older lady that works there made me the wrong drink and expected me to take it after telling me the machine was down. She continued to tell me there was nothing she could do and could not refund me my money. Luckily the other younger girl who worked there was kind enough to help get my refund and apologized. This location is fine in the mornings, however after morning rush this place has wait times anywhere from 10-20 minutes and consistently runs out of product to make certain drinks. I spend over $100 at this location weekly between my wife and I. I will no longer do business with this location nor any of this owners franchised locations. They need to get their act together

Ordered at 9:38 AM, didn’t pull out of the drive thru until 9:50. This Dunkin has consistently been this slow for the last three years. It’s like the place just has this air of detest and worker’s remorse. You should 100% spend more time on this location, as all residents of this town actually love the idea of it and would patronize you more… If your drive thru wasn’t out to the road!
