My son got the new fish strips, which was really good but I got a beef n cheddar and the beef was a bit dry and the bun didn’t taste real fresh. I’ve been there before and never had this problem. Hopefully it was just an “off” day for them

One measley thin, pink piece of roast beef on a bun with a thin layer of cheese. I’ve had toilet paper thicker than this. My mom had red spots on her meat. Cherry turnovers were cold. Who serves cold cherry turnovers? Disappointing. More food for the birds and rats I suppose. That’s all this Sick food is good for.

The service was great. They got me out of there expeditiously so I can make it in time for The Bloomsburg Fair speedway race. The sandwiches were good. My only small concern is they forgot to put any sauce in the bags. I should have asked I suppose.

The food I will say was better in PA then in NY…But I thought the Customer Service is better in NY then PA. The atmosphere was great, and I love that you have an option to ring the bell whe leaving the establishment.

I had a disappointing experience with an employee named Louis regarding customer service. I was a carry-out customer and waited while they fulfilled many drive-up orders that were taken long after my order. When I inquired about my order, Louis was unpleasant and retorted, asking if I couldn’t see that they weren’t just standing around. While I acknowledge that they were not just standing around, they still prioritized other drive-up orders over mine. I can understand the wait if they process orders in the order they are taken, but I cannot tolerate discourteous behavior from an employee. I would feel embarrassed to have such an employee interacting with customers.
