Food was okay, but the employees couldn’t answer basic questions about what sauce is used, or what condiment items are available for the burgers. They looked annoyed when asked, had to get someone from the back to explain what the options are. There were no condiments like ketchup available and no plastic utensils available without going back up to the counter to ask. The mood is generally one of apathy and disgruntlement. Also food came with no napkins.
